It is a composition of several twisting and waving silver wires punctuated by 'caviar' (gold balls), all overlaying a solid, diamond burr textured silver ring band. 'Gem Joys' focal point is a 6 mm, facetted Rainforest Green Topaz gemstone set in a solid sterling silver bezel.
