'Dolly's Heart ' pendant was custom designed and fabricated for a client as a way to celebrate a milestone anniversary and express his eternal love for his wife! The heart pendant and rose were hand carved and cast in solid 10 karat yellow gold. An overlay of white gold features 39 pave set diamonds totalling 3.7 carats!
